What started as a way for one girl to find her tribe, has catapulted into a much bigger movement of women empowering women.

Meet Ana, Our CEO!

After moving to Boston from Venezuela in 2014, Ana was looking for ways to meet new people and create community.

She daydreamed about an inclusive community of women in Boston, and so GirlFriends was born! Connecting women, building genuine friendships, and helping businesses gain broader exposure has been the most fulfilling thing Ana has ever done.
